This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used when you visit viyora.app. The Viyora iPhone app is not covered by this policy.

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let the site recognise you on your next visit and measure how it is used.
Cookies we use
The site only uses Google Analytics cookies. They are set when you arrive and the cookie banner tells you so; choosing “Decline” removes them and they are not set again. We never use advertising, retargeting or social media cookies.
Your cookie choice is kept in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie. It only remembers your choice, is never sent anywhere and needs no consent.

What data is processed
The pages you visit, where you came from (such as an Instagram link), device and browser details, approximate location (country/city) and your interactions on the site (such as opening the waitlist form or joining it), collected through cookies.
The email address you leave on the waitlist is never sent to Google Analytics. Your IP address is technically transmitted when connecting to Google; raw IP addresses are not shown to us in analytics reports.
Purpose and legal basis
Measuring how many people the site reaches, where visitors come from and which parts they find interesting, so we can improve it. This is based on our legitimate interest in measuring our own site’s audience (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f); KVKK Guide on Cookie Practices, section 5.9; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). This data is used only to produce visitor and performance statistics for the site, never for advertising, profiling or tracking you across sites. Google signals and advertising features are turned off. If you decline, the site works exactly the same.
International transfers
Analytics data is processed by our provider Google on servers outside your country, including in the United States. Recipients, purposes and transfer information are described in sections 8 and 17.5 of the Privacy Policy. You can ask about the conditions and safeguards for a particular transfer at hello@viyora.app.
Retention
Our retention policy for user- and event-level Google Analytics data is 2 months. Aggregate statistics that cannot be linked to anyone (such as monthly visitor counts) may be kept longer. Cookies stay for up to 395 days (about 13 months) from when first set and are removed when you decline.
Changing your choice
You can decline analytics at any time with the button below or the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of the page. When you decline, Google Analytics stops and its cookies are deleted. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data and object to its processing at any time. Just write to hello@viyora.app; we reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
When we update this policy, the date above changes. If the cookies we use change, the banner appears again.
